Brentford star Myles Peart-Harris has agreed a loan move to Swansea City, sources have told Football Insider.

Swansea have been chasing a new attacker all summer and they now reached a full agreement over signing the 21-year-old.

Versatile attacker Peart-Harris has had two successful loan spells at Forest Green and Portsmouth in the last 18 months and he is now set to spend this season in the Championship with Swansea.

He is set to become the Swans' eighth signing of the summer window.

Peart-Harris has played eight times for Brentford's senior side, including a six-minute cameo against Colchester in the League Cup on Tuesday (27 August).

The Chelsea youth product made 12 appearances on loan at Portsmouth in the second half of the 2023-24 campaign and helped them to promotion by scoring two League One goals.

Swansea close in on Peart-Harris loan deal

His Swansea spell will provide the 21-year-old with his first taste of football in the Championship - with his senior experience so far limited to the Premier League and third tier.

Peart-Harris is only under contract at Brentford until the end of the season and can impress his parent club with a strong showing with the Swans this term.

The Isleworth-born ace can play on both flanks, as well as in attacking and central midfield roles.

Swansea

Swansea have started the new campaign with one win, one draw and one loss in the Championship and sit eighth in the table.

The Welsh club were eliminated from the League Cup by Wycombe Wanderers on Wednesday (28 August).
