Liverpool almost had the perfect European night at Anfield in the semi-final of the Champions League, but fans were not happy with keeper Loris Karius.

Two goals from Mohamed Salah, one from Sadio Mane and another brace from Roberto Firmino had sent the Anfield crowd wild.

A 5-0 win was almost beyond belief but a sloppy ten minutes meant that things will be a little more dicey in the second leg next week.

Edin Dzeko pulled one back for Roma in the 81st minute before Diego Perotti slotted a penalty away to make the final score 5-2.

And, after Roma lost 4-1 to Barcelona in the quarter-finals and then knocked them out with a 3-0 win at home, Liverpool fans know the job's not over.

And Liverpool fans are simply not convinced that Karius is up to the job. A few fans said he's not good enough for Liverpool and needs replacing, with one saying the club had to get rid ASAP.

After van Dijk came in, Lovren has been brilliant. You cannot argue with that, cuz it’s a fact. Karius made a huge mistake today, Mané missed two clear chances and Firmino probably should have scored early in the first half. Everybody think Lovren is the sinner. It’s just wrong.
