Everton to land £95m windfall after smashing club record - sources
Everton are set to generate as much as £95million in commercial and sponsorship revenue next season, sources have told Football Insider.
The Merseyside club announced a new kit manufacturer deal with Castore last week understood to be worth £20million per season.
The valuation of the agreement marks a new club record and is worth three times their previous deal with Hummel.
Everton’s Castore deal is set to provide a significant uplift to the club’s commercial and sponsorship revenue which alarmingly declined in 2022-23.
In the club’s recent 22-23 accounts, Everton revealed that their commercial revenue fell from £50million to £39million and their sponsorship decreased from £35million down to £19million.

In total, Everton generated £78million from all commercial and sponsorship streams in 2022-23.
However, sources have told Football Insider that they are now on track to generate as much as £95million annually due to their focus on off-pitch deals.
The payment from Castore is set to come into effect for the 2024-25 accounting period, providing a boost to Everton’s PSR calculations beyond June 30th.
The Toffees are at risk of a third consecutive PSR breach and face having to sell players this summer.
