Jack Grealish only has his sights set on a permanent move to Everton next summer in a deal which could be agreed for £20million.

That is according to ex-Everton, Aston Villa, and Aberdeen chief executive Keith Wyness, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, who thinks Man City will be happy to let the 30-year-old leave the Etihad for that price.

Grealish has been frozen out at Man City under Pep Guardiola, and is not expected to play for the club again.

Jack Grealish 'happy to stay' at Everton

Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs - is backing Grealish to continue his good form into the second half of the season.

Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider's Inside Track podcast, Wyness believes Everton is the only club Grealish wants to join permanently this summer.

He told Football Insider's Inside Track podcast: “I think he'll probably wait till the summer. I think they'll see how his second half of the season goes. But I think in the end, £50m isn't going to be the price.

"I think we're looking at somewhere way below that. It could be £20m, around that sort of level, I think. I think that City will be happy to get him off the wages. I don't think Jack wants to go anywhere else.

"I think that Everton are the only game in town. His agent may try and stimulate some sort of auction, but I think Jack's going to be happy to stay. And I think he will have a good second half of the season, and I think he'll be good. I think he'll be good for everybody.”

Everton continue Man City raid

Everton could target a second Man City star in the January transfer window, as manager David Moyes looks to continue strengthening his squad.

Defender Nathan Ake could be free to leave Man City, with Everton interested in his availability and versatility to play either at centre-back or full-back.

West Ham's advances for the 30-year-old have been turned away, with Ake not wanting to be involved in a relegation battle.
