Paris Saint-Germain are open to offers for Chelsea target Achraf Hakimi this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

The French giants are planning a major rebuild of their squad, with the club eager to bring in more youngsters instead of signing established superstars.

The Ligue Un leaders are desperate to find success in the Champions League and have decided to execute a complete squad overhaul despite their league success this season.

A number of players are set to leave PSG as a result, and Hakimi has been placed on the club's list of sellable assets.

PSG have placed a £50-60million price tag on Hakimi, with Chelsea and Manchester United both showing interest in the 24-year-old.

PSG consider the fee very reasonable given they paid £60million - including bonuses - when they signed him from Inter Milan in 2021.

They are prepared to stand firm with their asking price for Hakimi with the Morocco international tied down to a long-term contract until 2026.

Chelsea are long-term admirers of the right-back and rivalled PSG for his signature when he left Inter Milan two years ago.

Despite a change of ownership since that transfer saga, the Blues are still keen to bring Hakimi to London and plan to reignite their interest this summer.

Hakimi has been a regular starter for PSG this season, playing 2,645 minutes of football across 36 appearances in all competitions.

He has contributed four goals and five assists in the 2022/23 campaign.
