Man United fans took to social media this weekend to give their thoughts on Marcus Rashford's performance against Sheffield United.

The Red Devils left Bramall Lane with all three points on Saturday night, but Erik ten Hag's side struggled to control the game against the Blades.

Scott McTominay opened the scoring for the visitors before Diogo Dalot's second-half strike regained their lead following Oli McBurnie's equaliser from the penalty spot.

Despite Sheffield United sitting bottom of the Premier League table with just one point to their name, Paul Heckingbottom's side were on top for large parts of the game.

The Yorkshire outfit managed more shots on target than United, with the Red Devils once again looking unconvincing in the final third.

Fans flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to aim their frustration at Rashford in particular after another poor performance from the 25-year-old winger.

This fan believes Rashford's dip in form is a result of the United star signing a new big-money contract at Old Trafford.

I don't actually hate Marcus Rashford, swear to God. I have no agenda towards him, It's just frustrating that he can't even dribble past a Sheffield United defender.

The most frustrating thing for me is his lack of work rate. He tries to dribble, and if he gets dispossessed, he throws his hand up, expecting the ref to give a foul or something, and then starts jogging instead of trying to get the ball back.

This supporter believes Rashford has become 'entitled' after being started regularly by Ten Hag.

Bruno Fernandes was another United star criticised by the fanbase on Saturday, with this supporter labeling the duo 'fraudsters'.
