Leeds fans on Twitter have lambasted the decision to sign midfielder Ouasim Bouy and immediately send him out on loan to Spanish second tier club Cultural Leonesa.

However, he will spend the 2017-18 campaign on loan in Spain with the Whites boasting each of Vurnon Anita, Liam Bridcutt, Mateusz Klich, Eunan O’Kane, Ronaldo Vieira and Kalvin Phillips in their midfield ranks.
But, alongside his more natural midfield role, Bouy can also cover the centre-back position and that has caused some concern for the Leeds fan base with just Pontus Jansson, Liam Cooper ad Matthew Pennington in the squad.
Star Jansson is also suspended from the season opener against Bolton on Sunday and the Yorkshire giants have called for the team to strengthen their own team first before handing out players to others after the signing of Bouy.
Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Wow getting silly now can leeds not sort the team for sunday then go and sign these players praying that they turn out good players like wdf

When we need a bit more squad depth in defence why are we loaning him out? He is not a teenager, he has experience at a decent level? #lufc

Bouy’s career has seen him play around most of Europe with the likes of Juventus, Hamburg and Panathinaikos on his CV.
He has also been capped by Holland at Under-19 and 17s level and he will be hoping to impress in Spain before joining up with Leeds permanently next summer.
In other Leeds transfer news, this Whites star is in the thoughts of a Premier League side.
