Harry Kane expected to sign new Tottenham contract on one condition - pundit
Harry Kane will look to leave Tottenham next summer if Antonio Conte opts against signing a new contract.
That is the view of former Arsenal and Everton striker Kevin Campbell, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about Kane’s future in north London.
According to Bild’s Christian Falk (26 July), Bayern Munich and Chelsea are interested in signing the 28-year-old.
Kane’s contract with Spurs runs until the end of June 2024.
According to Football.London‘s Alasdair Gold (26 July), the centre-forward is open to discussing new terms with club chiefs.
Campbell believes Conte, who is out of contract next summer, will be a pivotal figure in Kane’s long-term future.

“Clubs are going to queue up to get him, of course they are,” he told Football Insider.
“I cannot see Kane leaving now but in 12 months time, when he has one year left on his deal, it could happen. If he refuses to sign a new deal Spurs have to do the business. They would have to.
“I think his future hinges on the future of Conte. Listen, Conte only has a year left on his deal. Of course, he might sign an extension. If he does I think Kane will as well.
“But if Conte leaves, I think Kane will.”
Kane impressed in the 2021-22 campaign despite a slow start.
He contributed 27 goals and 10 assists in 50 appearances across all competitions.
