Harry Kane has named world star Gareth Bale as the best player he’s ever played alongside at Tottenham.
The now 27-year-old was part of the Spurs setup for six years between 2007 and 2013 after joining from Southampton for £7million.
It took some time for Bale to fully adjust to life at Tottenham, but Harry Redknapp took the decision to move him from the left-back position to a role further up the pitch and the Welsh wizard hasn’t looked back.
The pace master ended up netting the north London club a huge £78million profit, as he became the worlds most expensive player in his move to Real Madrid in 2013.
Now, Kane, who was only just breaking through as Bale was shining has still named the Welshman as the best player he’s played with, beating the likes of Dele Alli, Toby Alderweireld and Hugo Lloris.

Kane, 23, is now closing in on the elite status at Tottenham which Bale achieved eight years a go.
He has a fantastic record with a return of 86 strikes in 154 appearances since making his debut in 2011 and fans will be hoping to see the England international line-up in their team for years to come.
In other Tottenham news, four senior players have dropped down to the Under-23s for Spurs’ Friday afternoon clash with Arsenal.
