'He's the answer' - Exclusive: Robinson tips striker to score 20 goals for West Ham next season
Paul Robinson has tipped Michail Antonio to score 20 goals next season if David Moyes continues to use him as a central striker for West Ham.
The former Spurs and Leeds United shot-stopper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, claimed that the 30-year-old had overtaken Sebastien Haller in the pecking order at the London Stadium.
Antonio scored his seventh goal of the restart as the Hammers all but secured their Premier League status with a 3-1 victory over Watford on Friday.
The versatile Englishman has been used as a centre-forward in the absence of the injured Haller although the latter has been available for the last three games.
Robinson suggested that Antonio’s form since the restart proves that he can become a prolific striker for the Irons.
“Haller has been disappointing and he certainly hasn’t scored the goals or put in the performances that were expected from him,” he told Football Insider.

“Antonio looks like the answer down the middle. He could be that 15, 20 goal a season striker if that is how David Moyes continues to use him.
“It depends on how David wants to play next year and what kind of transfer budget he will be given.”
Haller arrived from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer for a club-record £45million but after a promising start he struggled.
His 32 appearances in all competitions have yielded seven goals and two assists.
In other West Ham news, it can be REVEALED that contract talks with key man have been shelved.
