Wolves have been handed a huge boost as manager Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed that summer forward signing Leo Bonatini will be available for this weekend’s clash against Barnsley.
The Midlands club have been left extremely limited upfront after PSV Eindhoven decided to pull the plug on Jurgen Locadia’s move to the Championship at the last minute of the summer window.
The cash-rich club had allowed each of Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, Nouha Dicko, Paul Gladon and Joe Mason leave this summer in the wake of Locadia’s arrival, but since the final hour decision the second placed side have been left with just Bonatini and youngster Bright Enobakhare as their striker options.
Now, Nuno has given a huge boost ahead of their weekend clash at Molineux, stating in his press conference, as quoted by Tim Spiers via his personal Twitter account that the 23-year-old Brazilian will be ready to play.

Since his summer move from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal Bonatini has hit the ground running in England with three goals scored in his first eight league appearances for Wolves.
He will now be looking to add to those totals against Barnsley at the weekend as the Midlands look to leapfrog Leeds at the top of the Championship table.
In other Wolves news, this defender sealed an exit from the club earlier in the month.
