Chelsea are expected to make two changes to their team ahead of the trip to Bournemouth on Saturday.

Victor Moses is likely to return to the starting 11 after he missed the last two matches with a toe injury.

The 26-year-old has been back in training and is most likely to replace Kurt Zouma, who was substituted off at half-time against Manchester City on Wednesday.

This switch could mean that Cesar Azpilicueta will return to the back three as Moses is likely to take up his usual position on the right wing.

Nemanja Matic came off the bench for Zouma in the 2-1 win over Man City and he is expected to return to the line-up in place of Cesc Fabregas.

The Serbian enforcer has been Antonio Conte’s preferred option in the middle of the park for most of the season, so he is expected to make that change in order to field what looks to be his strongest line-up against the Cherries.

Thibaut Courtois will likely start in goals with Gary Cahill and David Luiz joining Azpilicueta in the defence.

N’Golo Kante could keep his place in the midfield alongside Matic with Marcos Alonso retaining his position on the left flank.

The front three is also expected to be unchanged with Eden Hazard and Pedro providing support to Diego Costa.

Chelsea’s midweek win against City ensured that Tottenham failed to make any ground in the Premier League title race.

Spurs have emerged as the only real threat to Chelsea’s chances of winning the league and they have a home tie against Watford this weekend.

Conte will hope that his side can at least maintain the seven point gap between the two London rivals, but a negative result for Spurs would be a massive boost to Chelsea's chances earning their sixth league crown.
