Huge Everton boost: Key star set for return v Watford after long absence - confirmed
Sam Allardyce had some great news for Everton fans this morning as he confirmed that left-back Leighton Baines could be set for a return in the game against Watford on Saturday. Talking in the pre-match press conference, Allardyce said that Eliaquuim Mangala was out and Seamus Coleman is "struggling" but had much more positive news about the left-sided flyer. "Leighton Baines has a chance of being in the squad for Watford," Allardyce said. Baines has missed the last 14 games with a calf injury. Allardyce also heaped praise on striker Oumar Niasse saying that his position has "never been as good as it is now" in a clear hint that he intends to start the striker on Saturday.
