Ismael has until mid-October to solve 'crazy' West Brom 'problem' - Campbell
Kevin Campbell has claimed West Brom manager Valerien Ismael still does not know his best team.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Albion and Arsenal striker warned the 45-year-old he must figure out his best starting XI soon amid an “embarrassment of riches” at The Hawthorns.
The Baggies have drawn their last three Championship fixtures in which they have scored just two goals.
Jordan Hugill and Matt Phillips replaced Callum Robinson and Karlan Grant for the 1-1 draw at Preston North End last time out.
West Brom welcome QPR to The Hawthorns in the Friday night kick-off.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his thoughts on Ismael’s potential team selection for the clash, Campbell said:

“Here is the crazy thing about football. The likes of [Jordan] Hugill, [Callum] Robinson, [Karlan] Grant, and [Matt] Phillips they are all good players but it is about finding the right balance. That is the key now for Ismael and this West Brom side.
“You can have the embarrassment of riches but it is about finding the right balance. Ismael needs to work out his best team and he needs to do it quickly.
“From mid-October onwards you need to know and be playing your best team. You have got to know your best team and I think the problem is, Ismael still does not know what his best team is now.”
