Jean-Ricner Bellegarde has reacted to a new announcement on social media regarding Wolves manager, Vitor Pereira.

The Portuguese figure has accomplished exactly what he was tasked with after replacing Gary O'Neil, with relegation down to the Championship no longer a concern at Molineux Stadium.

Due to his team's performances, Wolves are set for showdown talks with Pereira over a new deal in the Black Country as attention already turns to the summer transfer window.

The Midlands side have now won each of their last six Premier League matches, seeing them rise to 13th in the league table, above the likes of Man United, Everton, and Tottenham.

Unfortunately, Matheus Cunha's exit from Wolves looks almost inevitable given the number of Premier League clubs tracking his progress throughout the campaign.

New contracts for Mosquera and Joao Gomes will certainly be a good boost before the season ends, but Pereira must demand more from the boardroom if he is to sign a new contract.

A permanent deal for Jorgen Strand Larsen will also be vital if Cunha is to leave on a big-money move, but his inevitable departure should create funds for multiple new signings this summer.

Managers have not been able to settle at Molineux Stadium in recent seasons, and if the owners want to stop the revolving door, backing Pereira over the coming months will be absolutely vital to their success.
