Josip Juranovic backed to seal 'unbelievable' transfer out of Celtic after update - pundit
Celtic have no hope of keeping Josip Juranovic if Premier League clubs want to sign him.
That’s according to former Leeds United stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the defender’s future.
According to Fabrizio Romano (20 June), Juranovic, 26, is expected to leave Celtic this summer amid interest from Premier League clubs.
The right-back only joined the Hoops in the summer of 2021 and became a key player during the 2021-22 campaign, making 35 appearances in all competitions.
He also scored five goals after being put on penalty duty by Ange Postecoglou.
Kenny insists Juranovic will push to move to England if an offer arrives this summer.

“I know he only signed last summer but if there is Premier League interest, there is not a lot you can do,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“The money is incomparable, it’s life-changing money. It depends on what he wants to do. It would be an unbelievable move for him.
“Celtic have Champions League football and they have more chances of winning silverware but the Premier League is the Premier League.
“It’s where everyone wants to play. If an offer from a Premier League club comes in, I think the player would want it to be accepted.
“It will be interesting to see if we get any names over the next few days in terms of who wants to sign him.”
Juranovic joined Celtic from Legia Warsaw after only spending one full season at the Polish club.
He made his debut against Rangers on 29 August 2021, playing as a makeshift left-back in the 1-0 loss.
