Jurgen Klopp decision 'paying dividends' for Liverpool after what pundit has 'seen' from Sadio Mane
Sadio Mane is growing into his new centre-forward at Liverpool, according to Paul Robinson.
The ex-Spurs and England number one, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, is adamant the 30-year-old is the best man to spearhead the Reds attack.
Mane has starred for Liverpool in wins over Man United and Man City in recent days.
Jurgen Klopp selected the Senegal international as a centre-forward for both games, with Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah playing either side of him.
The trio all scored and assisted in Liverpool’s 4-0 win over Man United at Anfield on Tuesday.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs if Klopp has discovered his best front three, Robinson said:

“When you look at the players they have, you need to get the best ones on the pitch. No matter what system you play you need them on. Those three have to play right now.
“Diaz and Salah are more effective wide so Mane goes down the middle. It is working a treat right now. They are looking like the best three.
“Mane works because Diaz and Salah are so good coming off the flanks. Mane is growing into the role though. You can see that he’s getting better with every game and I expect that to continue.
“The way Diaz is playing, he has to start off the left. Klopp has found the best three in those positions and it’s paying dividends.”
