Man City supporters believe that Kyle Walker needs to be replaced after a damning statistic emerged about his efforts this season.

According to WhoScored.com, City have won just two of the nine competitive matches the right-back has started this season (22.2%) and nine of the 13 (69%) that he has not.

Pep Guardiola’s team are in the midst of an underwhelming period of struggle which has seen them win one of their last nine matches in all competitions.

Walker’s performances have come under criticism from pundits and fans throughout the season, as the Premier League giants reportedly realised that they have made a mistake in not phasing him out.

The 34-year-old is under contract at the Etihad Stadium until 2026, but supporters are keen for him to be moved on before that point.

Walker has failed to provide any goal contributions this season across his 13 appearances for City in all competitions.

I looked at the PL goals we've conceded. With Walker in the team we concede every 46 minutes. Without him it's every 142 minutes.
