Sky Sports pundit Matt Le Tissier has criticised Harry Kane for diving in the 2-2 draw in the Champions League against Juventus.
Talking on the Sky Sports Premier League Daily show (Sky Sports, Wednesday 10am), Le Tissier was saying that Harry Kane had moved his game up a notch this season, and said he'd prefer to have him in his side above Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, he also had a big criticism for him from something he observed from the game at the Allianz Stadium.
Kane went down under a challenge in the Juventus box but the referee waved his appeal away and Le Tissier sad he was right to do this – and should have booked Kane for diving.
"There was one thing I saw that I didn’t like last night and I feel I have to point it out," Le Tissier said on Wednesday morning.
"I saw Harry Kane dive to try and get a penalty and he shouldn’t do that.
"It needs to be said or it looks like you’re just picking on the foreign lads. Him and Delle Alli need to be very careful about throwing themselves to the ground."
Tottenham are now favourites to progress to the quarter-finals of the Champions League with two valuable away goals to take with them to Wembley.
That match plays out on March 7.
