'Already lost it', 'Not good enough' - Leeds fans blast Heckingbottom's five word statement

Leeds United fans have taken to social media to blast manager Paul Heckingbottom’s five word statement insisting that “it’s not a must win” against Bristol City this weekend.
The former Barnsley boss will be taking charge of his first game at Elland Road on Sunday, having suffered a 2-1 defeat away to Sheffield United in his debut in the dugout, and will be looking to end a dreadful run of form and get the club’s play off hopes back on track.
The Whites have not tasted victory in any competition since they defeated Burton Albion on Boxing Day, a run which included a shock defeat to Newport County in the FA Cup and ultimately saw former boss Thomas Christiansen lose his job.
Their winless streak has seen them slip down the table into 11th place, and are now eight points adrift of the top six, with Sunday’s opponents occupying the final play off spot.
However, as quoted by BBC Radio Leeds’ Adam Pope on his personal Twitter account, the new manager insists the game is not a must win, but did admit the club were starting to get desperate for a victory.

However fans of the Whites were less than happy with Heckingbottom’s comment, and turned to Twitter to demonstrate how much they disagreed with him.
Here, Football Insider has rounded up a selection of the supporters’ best tweets:

Leeds pulled off a convincing 3-0 win against the Robins back in October, in what was a rare victory among a host of defeats on another poor run of form.
