Leeds United fans lost their minds on Twitter after a stunning display by Samuel Saiz in the 1-0 win against Brentford at Elland Road on Saturday.
Saiz, 27, made his first start under the charge of Paul Heckingbottom after serving a six-game suspension for spitting at a Newport County player in the FA Cup last month.
The Spanish playmaker was introduced off the bench in the 2-2 draw at Derby on Wednesday and had a massive impact on proceedings as he played a crucial role in Ezgjan Alioski’s second-half goal.
He was on form again against Brentford this weekend and it’s no surprise that Leeds earned their first win of 2018 in what was Saiz’s second start of the year.
Leeds fans were left raving about the attacking midfielder on social media, with one claiming that it’s a “joke” just how good he is.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

Saiz has made 27 appearances in all competitions since signing for Leeds from Huesca last summer.
The Spaniard has scored nine goals and supplied six assists in the process and is clearly one of the most technically gifted players at not only Elland Road, but perhaps the Championship.
It seems many fans believe that Saiz will be off in the summer if he keeps up these stunning performances.
