'Daft again', 'Deadline was yesterday' - Leeds fans react as post-deadline deal is confirmed

Leeds United fans have reacted on Twitter after it was confirmed that the Yorkshire club had signed Jordan Stevens from Forest Green Rovers.
The Whites announced on their official Twitter account and official website on Thursday morning that Stevens, 17, had agreed terms to a two-and-a-half-year deal with the option of an extra year.
Football Insider had exclusively revealed less than two hours before the January transfer deadline on Wednesday night that Stevens had completed his move to Elland Road, beating Premier League sides to his signature.

The deal must have been a very last-minute one as it was confirmed by the Whites the next day, almost 12 hours after the deadline had passed.
Stevens’ arrival is yet another addition to Carlos Corberan’s Under-23s side and fans have shown a bit of frustration towards the club for spending so much money on youth players when they feel the first-team still needs improving.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

Stevens had been playing regular football for Forest Green Rovers in League Two.
He made his professional debut in September and had gone on to make a total of 15 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal which came in an EFL Trophy win against Cheltenham.
The teenager is quite a versatile player who can perform in the centre of midfield or out on the wing.
In other Leeds United news, a BBC pundit has urged the Whites to splash £10million on this powerhouse striker, claiming he will be worth 50 per cent more within months.
