Garry Monk has named Pontus Jansson in his line-up to face Cambridge on Monday evening, which has received a mixed reaction from Leeds fans on Twitter.
The Sweden international is set to mark his 21st appearance for the club, one away from triggering a permanent £3.4million transfer to the Yorkshire giants.
However, the Leeds star man is also one card from a suspension after picking up nine yellow cards in his appearances this season.
Monk’s decision to select Jansson has resulted in a mixed reaction from the Leeds fan base on social media with many believing it to be a massive risk in a tie against a League Two side.
Meanwhile, others are happy to see him edge closer to the permanent switch.
Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:

Jansson has established himself as a key part of the Leeds back four after moving on loan from Serie A side Torino in the summer.
He has built up a strong partnership with other loanee Kyle Bartley at the back and the two of them have played massive roles in helping the club sit in fifth place in the league.
However, if Jansson is booked against Cambridge on Monday then he will miss clashes against seventh and eighth placed Derby and Barnsley, which could leave the club in a difficult situation.
In other Leeds news, fans also reacted to Marcus Antonsson’s selection against Cambridge on Monday.
