Leeds told to complete Fabio Carvalho signing - Insider
Leeds United have been encouraged to try and sign Fabio Carvalho in the January transfer window in a bid to bolster Daniel Farke’s squad.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, former Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Robinson, who remains very well connected to the club believes the club “can afford a luxury like that.
The 22-year-old joined Brentford from Liverpool during the summer transfer window, but Robinson believes he’d be a good loan signing for the Yorkshire giants.
The attacking midfielder has made 13 appearances in the Premier League this season for the Bees but has only started two of them.
Carvalho also boasts plenty of experience in the Championship as he has played 56 times in the league, scoring 19 goals and providing 10 assists.
Leeds are currently pushing to return to the Premier League and sit third in the table, just three points behind current leaders Sheffield United.

“He's a top player, had his loan at Hull,” sources have told Football Insider.
“He knows that league very, very well.
“If Leeds can afford a luxury like that, absolutely go and get a player like that because he gets the goals and he gives the manager another option.”
