Leigh Griffiths expressed his delight on Twitter after scoring in Celtic’s Scottish Cup quarter-final victory against St. Mirren.
Griffiths, 26, scored Celtic’s fourth in a 4-1 win against St. Mirren on Sunday afternoon, with Mikael Lustig, Scott Sinclair and Moussa Dembele also getting their names on the score sheet.
The striker revealed he was “delighted” to be playing again on his personal Twitter account, describing the victory as a “great win” as Celtic kept alive hopes of a treble.

The former Wolves striker rounded off Celtic’s win after picking up the ball outside the penalty area, before progressing to find the bottom corner with a low, left-footed strike.
Rodgers’ side had been staring an unlikely defeat in the face after Harry Davis had given St. Mirren the lead in the 13th minute.
However, a wonderful performance in the second 45 minutes from the Hoops began with Sweden international Lustig heading home a Patrick Roberts free-kick.
Less than a minute later, former Aston Villa attacker Sinclair looped a curling effort over the top of St. Mirren goalkeeper Billy O’Brien.
French wonderkid Dembele got his name on the score sheet in the 69th minute, tapping in from close range after good work from the Hoops’ attack before Griffiths struck in the 81st minute.
Griffiths is currently considered Celtic’s second-choice striker at Parkhead by manager Rodgers, which has limited him to just 10 Scottish Premiership starts this season but has enjoyed a recent run in the starting line-up.
In other Celtic news, Rodgers has confirmed that a deal for this senior figure is set to go through next week.
