Leno set to be frozen out at Arsenal after journalist reveal - pundit
Bernd Leno is set to be frozen out of the Arsenal starting XI, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker tipped Aaron Ramsdale to nail down the number one position as his own.
The 23-year-old was handed his Premier League debut for the club in the 1-0 win over Norwich City at the weekend.
He kept the club’s first league clean sheet of the season as they picked up their first points of the season.
The Daily Mail reported on September 13 Ramsadale will keep his place in the team and Leno could be sold next summer.
The Germany international, who has played 120 times across all competitions for the Gunners, has two years left on his current contract.

Ramsdale moved to the Emirates from Sheffield United in a £30million deal, including add-ons, at the end of the summer transfer window.
Asked whether the Englishman will be Arsenal’s first-choice goalkeeper for the rest of the season, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “100 per cent.
“Ramsdale’s going to be the number one. If you sign him for £30million you’re going to play him.
“Leno will have to suck that up. Ramsdale will be number one, for sure.”
After spells with Sheffield United and Bournemouth, Saturday’s game was Rasmdale’s 76th Premier League appearance.
He has kept just 11 clean sheets in that time and has been relegated from the division in the previous two seasons.
