Liam Rosenior’s next job after Chelsea: Opportunities set to open up for sacked manager
Liam Rosenior was dismissed as Chelsea manager on Wednesday, just months after taking the role.
The 41-year-old is seen as one of the best upcoming English coaches, but his reputation will no doubt have taken a hit after his disastrous time at the Blues.
Nevertheless, with many clubs after a new manager come the end of the campaign, they may be open to giving Rosenior a shot back in the dugout quickly.
Rosenior has previously seen success at Hull City and Strasbourg, which could make him a promising appointment.
Below, Football Insider has highlighted three clubs the sacked Chelsea manager could move to.

Crystal Palace are one of the biggest clubs in England on the hunt for a new manager in the summer.
The Eagles are set to lose Oliver Glasner when his contract expires in the summer, meaning a vacancy will have to be filled.

While the appointment of Rosenior may appear underwhelming at Selhurst Park, there are plenty of reasons why it shouldn’t be overlooked.
The 41-year-old was excellent at dealing with a high turnover of players at Strasbourg due to BlueCo’s controversial model.
While it is unpopular among the Palace fanbase, this does occur, with the club likely to lose more stars in the summer.
On top of this, the club has not been afraid to appoint upcoming managers in the past, and this could be repeated with Rosenior this summer.
Burnley may see an opportunity ahead of Championship return
With Burnley’s relegation from the Premier League now confirmed, question marks about Scott Parker’s future will arise.
The Englishman has taken the Clarets down without a fight and with four games to spare.
Therefore, if they choose to make a change in the summer, Rosenior could be seen as a sensible option.

Burnley’s defeat confirms their relegation from the Premier League
He knows the second-tier well from his Hull City days, where he fought for promotion with the Tigers.
On top of this, his knowledge of the Premier League could give Burnley a better chance of survival if they were to return to the top-flight in the coming seasons.
Bristol City will eye Rosenior appointment
Former Manchester United scout Mick Brown has previously sung Rosenior’s praises to Football Insider. Therefore, he will be a good appointment for many teams in the summer.
In the Championship, one club that is on the lookout for a new manager is Bristol City.
With Roy Hodgson only appointed until the end of the season, they are looking for someone to bring stability to their dugout and finally achieve their dreams of promotion.
Rosenior could be ideal for this. On top of his EFL knowledge, his time at Strasbourg proves that he is a brilliant project manager when given the time.
The challenge for the Robins would arguably be to convince Rosenior to take a step down into the Championship after just managing Chelsea.
However, given the success Frank Lampard has had at Coventry City following a similar route, this could give him the motivation to make the move.
