Liverpool face Chelsea on Saturday and Jurgen Klopp is expected to make three changes to the side that dropped a 3-0 lead and drew 3-3 with Sevilla on Tuesday.

Liverpool go into this game on the back of failing to qualify for the Champions League knockout stages with a game to spare – they now need a point in their final game against Spartak Moscow to progress.

By contrast, their opponents Chelsea comfortably qualified for the knockouts with a 4-0 win over FK Qarabag on Wednesday.

Antonio Conte even had the luxury of resting Alvaro Morata for Saturday’s clash, although the team did have to make a gruelling 5,000 mile round trip for the game in Azerbaijan.

Chelsea head into the game two positions higher than Liverpool in the league table with three more points, and Klopp will be desperate to even things out in the Premier League.
