Liverpool fans have been left stunned by Trey Nyoni's performance in their final pre-season outing against Sevilla at Anfield.
Arne Slot's side dominated the game and ran out 4-1 victors thanks to an excellent Diogo Jota volley and a brace from Luis Diaz alongside Nyoni's first Anfield goal.
All eyes were fixed on the 17-year-old's display, with fans dubbing him the next Paul Pogba thanks to his elegance and confidence in possession.
The 2007-born midfielder made his senior debut for the Reds in last season's FA Cup victory against Southampton, and looks set for more opportunities this year.
Slot has already shown a willingness to blood some of the club's young players in pre-season, and Nyoni's display against Sevilla has done his future chances no harm.

Nyoni featured heavily for Liverpool's academy sides last season, playing most of his football for the Under-21s, but was named in the senior squad on seven occasions.

After his display yesterday, the comparisons to the former Man United star Pogba - who once commanded a world-record transfer fee - came rolling in.
Others labelled him "special" and "frightening" as they were left stunned by his performance and goal.
