Liverpool are set to face their former striker Christian Benteke for the first time since his big-money move to Selhurst Park in the summer, and Reds fans are worried on Twitter.
Benteke moved to Crystal Palace for £27million in August and has become their main goal threat, with three strikes in seven Premier League games.
Liverpool are currently in third place in the Premier League, behind leaders Manchester City and Arsenal on goal difference.
Their fans are hoping for three points that could leave them top on their own but they’re concerned that the 25-year-old Benteke will score against his old club.
Here are a selection of their tweets:

Everyone knows that Benteke will score from like a corner or something against Liverpool tomorrow, right?

Hope Benteke gets a good reception tomorrow, brilliant player but not suited to us. Always have his best and scored some decent goals too!

Last year Benteke won it for us at palace..Got a feeling he will earn palace a penalty when Moreno comes flying at his knees tomorrow.

I can guarantee Benteke will at least score 1 goal against us tomorrow

The Belgian striker was admired at Liverpool but fans didn’t think he was the right fit for them. He only scored 10 times in 42 matches.
He is now enjoying life in south London, and Crystal Palace are currently in mid-table in 11th place with 11 points from nine games.
