Liverpool fans have been left raging that Gabriel Martinelli was able to play for Arsenal against Portsmouth in the FA Cup.

Martinelli netted a hat-trick as Arsenal beat Portsmouth 5-1 to comfortably advance to the fourth round of the competition.

The hat-trick came just days after Martinelli had been criticised for pushing Conor Bradley, whilst the Liverpool full-back was down injured during their 0-0 draw in the Premier League.

Martinelli apologised for the incident, but the Liverpool fans have not forgiven what the 24-year-old did.

Liverpool fans 'can't forget Gabriel Martinelli's actions' on Conor Bradley

Following Arsenal's win against Portsmouth, Liverpool fans have been leaving their reaction to Martinelli's hat-trick.

Bradley will miss the rest of the season due to injury, and fans feel Martinelli should have been punished for his actions on the 22-year-old.

It was Martinelli's first hat-trick for the club, and takes him up to nine goals for the season in all competitions.

One supporter said it "could not have happened to a worse player" with another claiming he "should have been suspended."
