Liverpool should focus on signing Alex Scott in the January window after his strong performance in their win over Bournemouth.
The Reds have made a habit of raiding Bournemouth in recent years, with Milos Kerkez and Andoni Iraola both swapping the south coast for Merseyside.
Iraola ended the Cherries' long unbeaten home record on Sunday after starting it as their boss last season.
Alexander Isak's goal was enough to separate the two sides, but Reds fans will have taken notice of Scott's performance for the hosts.
He has been linked with a move to Liverpool to follow Iraola and Kerkez, and surely did his chances no harm despite the defeat.
Scott is in line to make his England debut in the current international break following two separate call-ups without an appearance.

Scott has been on the radar of plenty of top clubs in recent transfer windows, but he remains a Bournemouth player and is now into his fourth season at the Vitality Stadium.
The talented 23-year-old has been in superb form for the Cherries since Marco Rose's arrival, with his impressive assist for Rayan's header against Real Sociedad last week highlighting the qualities he possesses.
Scott certainly held his own against the likes of Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai on Sunday, with the performances of both Reds stars being questioned in recent times.
No other player on the pitch created more chances (3) than him, while he also covered the most distance (11.3km) in the match despite not necessarily being known for his outstanding athleticism.
Scott also made 12 passes into the final third and 12 line-breaking passes, something Liverpool's current midfielders are not renowned for.
He completed 100 per cent of his attempted dribbles, won six of eight attempted ground duels and drew an impressive five fouls, which was three more than anyone else.
Liverpool may need to accelerate a move for his services, especially after sources exclusively revealed to Football Insider that Chelsea will look to sign Scott in January to solve their own midfield issues.

Scott certainly grabbed his opportunity to impress former boss Iraola with both hands, and can raise his profile even further with some strong outings for England in the coming weeks.
Reds legend Carragher was commentating on the game for Sky Sports, and he raised the question of Scott potentially moving to Anfield ahead of the clash.
He said: "I think he’s a wonderful player. There was a lot of interest in him in the summer and because Liverpool have a former Bournemouth manager, you almost think: will there be a link or will there be a couple of players moving that way?"
It would certainly not be a shock to see Liverpool in for Scott in January, but they must make sure they are in front of the competition to get a deal done.
