Rio Ngumoha is no doubt one of Liverpool’s best upcoming talents and Andoni Iraola has to keep him in the starting XI for their upcoming game against Fulham.

The 18-year-old started in the 2-1 victory against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday as the Reds started their Champions League campaign with three points.

However, the winger was not really effective up top before he was brought off at the hour mark.

Nevertheless, Ngumoha should stay in the line-up for their clash against Fulham on Saturday.

This is due to the attacker running riot against the Cottagers in their last meeting, and he even scored the opener.

Therefore, Iraola should trust him to repeat this feat on the weekend in the Premier League fixture.

How good was Rio Ngumoha in Liverpool’s last meeting with Fulham?

In Liverpool’s 2-0 victory against Fulham in April, Ngumoha was arguably the best player on the pitch.

On top of his goal, he was a constant menace and could have easily picked up more goal contributions on another day.
