Tottenham insider blasts 'shameful' Lo Celso after embarrassing reveal
It is “shameful” Giovani Lo Celso can’t complete a Premier League match for Tottenham, according to John Wenham.
The Spurs insider, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels, is unhappy with the contribution of the Argentine star.
Wenham delivered his verdict on Lo Celso after he made his first Premier League start of the season in the 3-0 defeat to Chelsea last Sunday.
The 31-times international was hauled off after 62 minutes of the match as he continued his run of being subbed in league fixtures.
Intriguingly, Lo Celso started last night’s EFL Cup win over Wolves and was once again withdrawn after 62 minutes.
The midfielder did not complete 90 minutes of a single Premier League game last season, with his only full matches in the last two campaigns coming in cup competitions.

His lack of staying power has not gone unnoticed by the club’s well-connected supporter.
“Lo Celso went off and won the Copa America this summer,” Wenham told Football Insider.
“He’s played at a high level before in other countries. He didn’t move directly from Argentina to England.
“He played for PSG and Real Betis and played at a fairly high level with both.
“He should be able to complete 90 minutes for Tottenham. There was a suggestion that under Mourinho the fitness levels dropped.
“Poch had players doing double sessions and hard workouts. Either way, there has been time now and our players should be able to play 90 minutes.
“It’s shameful that Lo Celso can’t do that. Look at Skipp, he played at Norwich last season and has come in and can play straight away.
“Why can some do it and some cant?”
