Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has revealed that Dan Gosling has had an injury setback ahead of the Saturday afternoon clash with Tottenham.
The 27-year-old has been a key and valuable player for the Cherries when he has been fit and available to play this season.
However, Gosling has missed his side’s last two Premier League matches because of injury and his manager feels he may not feature at the weekend.

Midfielder Gosling provides both defensive stability and attacking threat for his team this season with Howe utilising him in various roles.
Over the course of the campaign, he has played 24 league matches, scoring two goals which came against Hull and Sunderland.

During the reverse fixture against Spurs in October, Gosling played a defensive-minded midfield role and helped his team secure a clean sheet and point against the London club.
Now, Bournemouth will face an even tougher test with Mauricio Pochettino’s side looking to close the seven-point gap on leaders Chelsea in the table.
In their last match, the Argentine guided his team to a 4-0 win against Watford, with their striker Harry Kane on the bench for the majority of the game.
Now, the England international is expected to start after he completed 30 minutes on the field of play against the Hornets after making an early comeback from his ankle injury.
