Man United fans are insisting Ruben Amorim will look to cash in on Diogo Dalot as a matter of priority following his arrival at the club.

This comes following his performance in the 3-0 win v Leicester at Old Trafford which saw goals from Bruno Fernandes and Alejandro Garnacho, as well as an own goal from Victor Kristiansen.

However, it was Dalot who became the focus of the home supporters' attention after yet another frustrating display under Ruud van Nistelrooy.

While many had saluted the 25-year-old for his consistent displays under Erik ten Hag, he has struggled to step up since the change of management.

Now, the negative sentiment towards his performances has only grown, and fans are insisting he will be axed from the team when Amorim takes charge.

Amorim is set to officially take over at Old Trafford on 11 November, giving him the international break to work with his players and establish his system.

However, while assessing the squad, it has been suggested he would already be considering the future of certain players after their performances this season.

Dalot, fans have claimed, will be chief among those players, as they took to social media to insist he could be sold as soon as the January window.
