Man United fans want Joshua Zirkzee sold after his recent performance in the Netherlands' 1-1 UEFA Nations League draw with Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday (November 19).

Zirkzee, 23, had the perfect opportunity to double his side's lead just ahead of half-time but fluffed his lines after receiving a cutback from Ajax youngster Jorrel Hato.

The miss summed up his season so far, with just one goal to his name—scored on his debut during Man United's 1-0 opening-day win over Fulham—since joining the club in the summer.

It wasn’t just the glaring miss that stood out, however, his overall performance left a lot to be desired.

He finished the game with a 75% pass accuracy, no chances created, and just two touches in the opposition box before being substituted in the 77th minute.

Man United fans losing faith in Joshua Zirkzee

The appointment of Ruben Amorim is a clean slate for everyone at the club but Zirkzee is in real danger of becoming another flop after his underwhelming start to the season.

In recent years, the club have struggled to offload players, and many fans have taken to X, formally known as Twitter, to suggest they should get rid of Zirkzee while they still can.
