Manchester United shouldn't be averse to any transfer offers for Amad Diallo in the ongoing transfer window.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Red Devils this summer and it wouldn't be surprising to see them cash in on him soon.

With Bryan Mbeumo staking a claim on the right-wing, the Ivory Coast international may not be guaranteed game time under Michael Carrick next season.

Diallo's performance against Germany at the 2026 World Cup will surely present the Old Trafford hierarchy with a dilemma over his future.

The winger didn't put in the best of performances as Julian Nagelsmann's team came from behind and found a late winner in their 2-1 victory at Toronto on 20 June.

While the Red Devils wouldn't want to lose quality from their attack in the coming weeks, they should be ruthless as it feels like the right time to cash in on the young forward before his stock goes down.

Amad Diallo struggles in Germany win vs Ivory Coast

Diallo got his first start of the 2026 World Cup against Germany, but didn't make much of an impression in his 75 minutes on the pitch.

The Man United winger recorded an xG of 0.3 but wasn't able to find the back of the net as he missed one big opportunity in the game.

The forward failed to complete any of his five dribble attempts and lost possession 10 times in the game.

Diallo was defensively weak as well, winning just two of his nine ground duels as Ivory Coast suffered a late heartbreak in the game courtesy of Deniz Undav.

Man United stance on Amad Diallo exit set

Mick Brown, former chief scout at Old Trafford, told Football Insider on 18 June that Man United are open to Diallo's sale for the right price as they look to bolster their attack with a new winger.

The Ivory Coast international has shown glimpses of his talent at the Red Devils, but his inconsistency has been a source of frustration for many fans.

With Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko as Carrick's disposal for next season, there may be no need for Diallo in the English manager's preferred attacking setup for the 2026-27 campaign.
