Marcus Rashford's odds of making a summer move to Bayern Munich have been slashed by one of the UK's leading bookmakers.

Rashford spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Barcelona, but the La Liga side are set to opt against triggering his clause to sign him permanently for £26million from Manchester United.

Barcelona only have until June 15th if they wish to activate the clause, or Rashford's future will be left in limbo.

Rashford has expressed his desire to remain at Barcelona, who have recently signed Newcastle forward Anthony Gordon for £69m.

Man United are unwilling to renegotiate the £26m fee in the loan agreement, even though the 28-year-old wants to leave the club.

With a contract running until 2028, it would also be in Man United's best interests to offload Rashford this summer.

Marcus Rashford to Bayern Munich odds revealed

Despite recent updates, a leading UK bookmaker still believes that Barcelona have a strong chance of signing Rashford this summer at odds of 5/2.

However, his chances of joining Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have been slashed from 7/1 to 3/1 in the past few days.

Bayern Munich, spearheaded by Rashford's England teammate Harry Kane, are looking to sign a new forward this summer.

Managed by former Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany, Bayern Munich have recently explored a surprise move for Liverpool's 17-year-old sensation Rio Ngumoha.

Football Insider also reported that Bayern Munich are interested in Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi, with Nicolas Jackson's loan spell at the Allianz Arena having come to an end.

Premier League trio line up Marcus Rashford approach

Rashford could remain in the Premier League, with interest from Aston Villa, Newcastle and Tottenham.

The leading bookmaker has Aston Villa at the shortest price of 10/1, with Rashford having spent five months on loan at the club during the 2024-25 season.

Newcastle were at odds of 12/1, whilst Tottenham are 14/1 to sign the England international, who is set to feature at this summer's World Cup.

With wages believed to be in the region of £325,000 a week, Rashford may need to take a pay cut, if he is desperate to leave Old Trafford in this window.
