Martin Keown has revealed that he and his Arsenal teammates used to refer to Tottenham’s ground as ‘Three-Point Lane’ because of the amount of wins they used to get there.
However the tides have changed in North London this season, with Spurs looking good to finish above their bitter rivals for the first time in 22 years.
The two clubs come to blows at White Hart Lane for the final time in its history on Sunday as demolition work takes place on it throughout the course of next season.
Despite his past hilarious mocking of Spurs, legendary Gunners defender Keown now believes that Mauricio Pochettino possesses a better squad that of Arsene Wenger.
“If you go to White Hart Lane, we used to call it ‘Three-Point Lane’ back in the day, if you go there then the fans are in harmony with the team,” said the 50-year-old on BT Sport’s Live Premier League Tonight on Saturday evening.

“They know they’ve got a good team – and they’re better than Arsenal.”
Spurs might be in line to finish above the Wenger’s men, but they have still won just one of the last nine North London derbies.
However Pochettino and his squad are on a roll in the Premier League, emerging victorious in all eight of their last outings and could move within a point of leaders Chelsea if results go their way.
Arsenal’s win against Leicester on Wednesday night was the first time they have won back-to-back games since January, but they still have a strong chance of finishing inside the Champions League qualification spots.
