BBC pundit makes bold Rangers and Celtic claim after win, admits he may be wrong about player
BBC Sport Scotland pundit Tam McManus has boldly claimed that Rangers will chase Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title until the end of the season after an impressive 2-0 win against Aberdeen at Ibrox on Wednesday night. Goals in each half courtesy of Alfredo Morelos and James Tavernier meant that Graeme Murty got one over on Derek McInnes in the Dons boss' first appearance at Ibrox since he snubbed the chance to become the Gers' manager. Murty fielded all four of his January signings in the win against Aberdeen with Sean Goss, Jamie Murphy and Russell Martin all in the starting line-up and Jason Cummings coming off the bench in the 70th minute to replace Morelos. Former Hibernian player McManus believes that with the signing of Greg Docherty, Rangers will be able to keep up the pressure on Brendan Rodgers' Celtic in the race for the title. McManus also admitted that he may have been wrong about Morelos as he netted his 13th goal in all competitions this season. "Morelos again on target for Rangers might need to re-evaluate my opinion on him shortly if keeps banging in goals," he said on his

Rangers moved up to second in the Scottish Premiership standings by beating Aberdeen.
