Celtic player ratings v Hibernian: Trio are 4/10 as title celebrations are put on hold

Celtic will need to wait to clinch the title after going down to a deserved 2-1 loss to Hibernian at Easter Road.
Brendan Rodgers made two changes to his starting line-up from the side which defeated Rangers 4-0, with the injured duo of Moussa Dembele and Mikael Lustig being replaced by Leigh Griffiths and Jack Hendry.
The game had a frantic opening, as Craig Gordon had to save smartly from Florian Kamberi, then Tom Rogic and Griffiths were denied in quick succession by Florian Kamberi.
Hibernian started to take control though, and it was no surprise when they took the lead in the 24th minute, Jamie Maclaren scoring after poor play from Gordon and Hendry.
The Hoops then missed a glorious chance to equalise early in the second-half, but Rogic's point blank effort was saved by Ofir Marciano.
The Easter Road side then killed the game off in the 79th minute when Vykintas Slivka headed home the second goal.
Odsonne Edouard did score a fine solo goal late on to set up the frantic finale but the Easter Road side held on for the win.
The Hoops will now need to wait to clinch their seventh consecutive league title.

GOALKEEPER AND DEFENCE
Craig Gordon - 5: Could have done far better with the Hibernian goal, as his pass put Jack Hendry into trouble, didn't have many saves to make but his distribution was very poor all game.
Jack Hendry - 4: Another unconvincing performance from the January signing who has yet to show much since joining from Dundee in January, needs to up his game if he wants to make it at Celtic Park.
Kristoffer Ajer - 6: The Hoops' best defender by a mile on the day, was also useful for the Hoops going forward and helped to hold a very creaking defence together at times as the Hoops wilted.
Dedryck Boyata - 5: As usual looked all over the place at times and was unconvincing at the back, but as Brendan Rodgers is a fan he will continue to be picked for the Hoops even though he's not great.
Kieran Tierney - 5: Did well going forward but struggled very badly at times in defence, as Hibernian constantly caused the Hoops problems going forward, not a day he will look back on fondly.

MIDFIELD
Scott Brown - 4: Perhaps his worst performance of the season, Danny Swanson didn't give him a minute's peace and he failed to influence the game like he usually does, a poor day for the captain.
Olivier Ntcham - 4: The complete opposite of his dominant performance against Rangers, as he struggled to cope against the Hibernian midfield, no surprises that he was replaced at half-time.
Tom Rogic - 6: An up and down performance from the Australian, who had some sublime touches and was the best attacking threat, but was guilty of missing two absolute sitters.
James Forrest - 5: Another poor performance from a player who for a player had been in fine form for much of the season, wouldn't be a shock if he was dropped for the Old Firm game next week.
Callum McGregor - 5: A shadow of the player who dominated against Rangers, he found it hard to cope with the Hibernian midfield and was on the periphery of the game for much of it.

FORWARDS
Leigh Griffiths - 5: Played mostly on the fringes of the game, was unlucky with an early shot on goal but otherwise didn't have one of his best games in the Hoops and was eventually subbed.
SUBSTITUTES
Scott Sinclair - 4: Played in Tom Rogic for a great chance but apart from that did very little.
Odsonne Edouard - 5: Scored a fine goal for the Hoops late on to drag them back into the game.
Patrick Roberts - n/a: Had little impact on the game.
