Celtic have been backed to be active in the upcoming transfer window in a bid to bolster their squad after Brendan Rodgers’ assessment of their goalless draw against Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday (10 December).

Rodgers told TNT Sports, “The quality in the final third of the pitch wasn’t very good,” as the Hoops failed to break the deadlock.

That isn’t what supporters want to hear though, as the Hoops fans believe that adding some additional quality is exactly what the squad needs currently.

The Scottish giants are currently 19th in the Champions League table after the opening six games, having won two, drawn three, and lost once.

Celtic fans want the board to back Brendan Rodgers

Celtic are having a strong season and are still fighting on all fronts with a Scottish League Cup final next up for them.

However, supporters have urged the club to back Rodgers financially to add some extra quality to the squad moving forward.
