Chelsea fans have urged Cole Palmer to withdraw from the upcoming international fixtures after footage of him limping after Sunday’s fixture against Arsenal has emerged.

The Blues shared the spoils with their London rivals after a 1-1 draw, and the 22-year-old managed to play the entire game despite not training regularly throughout the week.

The young playmaker suffered a knock against Man United on 3 November after being fouled by Lisandro Martinez, which brought his status for the Arsenal game into question.

Palmer managed to start against Mikel Arteta’s side, but footage has now emerged of him limping after the game which has caused concern among Chelsea fans.

Palmer has been called up for England’s upcoming Nation’s League fixtures, with the Three Lions set to play Greece and Ireland in this international break.

Chelsea fans don’t want Cole Palmer to push himself

Chelsea will be back in action on Saturday (23 November) against Leicester City, and fans want him to rest until that fixture.

There has been no word of an official Palmer injury at this point, but fans have claimed he “should absolutely not be going to the England camp” this time.
