Everton expected 4-4-2 v West Ham: Attacker axed as Unsworth makes three changes
COMMENT
David Unsworth has more injury headaches than usual with Michael Keane and Leighton Baines both unlikely to be available for the crucial game against West Ham on Wednesday.
Baines and Keane both sustained injuries in the 4-1 defeat to Southampton and are likely to join Seamus Coleman, Ramiro Funes Mori, Mason Holgate, Yannick Bolasie, Ross Barkley and James McCarthy on the sidelines.
Oumar Niasse is also not available for selection as he is still serving his two-game ban for diving.
The caretaker manager knows this is an important game for the Toffees as West Ham, who are currently in the relegation zone, could leapfrog Everton with a win.
The Toffees are only two points clear of the Hammers having failed to win either of their last two league games.
West Ham go into Wednesday's game on a positive note, with David Moyes earning his first point as Hammers boss against Leicester City on Friday.

Goalkeeper and defence
Jordan Pickford (Goalkeeper) - Even though he has conceded four goal in his last game, the young goalkeeper is still one of Everton's best summer signings and should keep his place in the team.
Cuco Martina (Left-back) - With Baines ruled out, Martina will have do his best at left-back. The 28-year-old is naturally a right-back but Everton lack a replacement for Baines.
Ashley Williams (Centre-back) - The defender has underperformed this season and garnered a lot of critisim, but he is expected to start in light of Keane's injury.
Phil Jagielka (Centre-back) - The captain will be looking to up his performance in this crucial match, with Unsworth calling on his senior players to step up after the Southampton defeat.
Jonjoe Kenny (Right-back) - The 20-year-old was forced to play on the left side of defence after Baines went off against Southampton and was clearly uncomfortable. The defender is expected to move back into his preferred position against the Hammers.

Midfield
Gylfi Sigurdsson (Left-midfield) - The goalscorer from the Southampton game will likely start on the left again, despite it not being his preferred position. Unsworth will be hoping he can get on the score sheet again.
Morgan Schneiderlin (Centre-midfield) - Despite fans crucifying Unsworth and the midfielder offering little to support a starting position, he will still likely take the field from the off.
Idrissa Gueye (Centre-midfield) - The midfielder is known for working hard and battling for every ball, and in a game like this Unsworth should give him the nod to start.
Aaron Lennon (Right-midfield) - Seems to be one of Unsworth's favourites, and is by no means the worst performer this season. The 30-year-old is expected to keep his starting place.

Forwards
Wayne Rooney (Striker) - This game is crying out for experience and Wayne Rooney is the man to provide it.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Striker) - The 20-year-old looked bright at the start of the Southampton game but found his chances limited when his team started to fall drastically behind. Unsworth should keep the youngster in the starting line-up as no one else has made a claim for his spot.
