Everton fans panned Ashley Williams for his performance in their 3-2 Premier League defeat against Watford on Saturday afternoon.

The 32-year-old was partnered by the recalled Ramiro Funes Mori at the back as manager Ronald Koeman axed Phil Jagielka.

But there was little defensive improvement from Everton, who have struggled to contain their opponents in recent weeks.

Stefano Okaka scored his first goals for Watford as they came from behind to seal victory against Koeman's struggling side.

Romelu Lukaku scored the first and last matches of the game but in between the Hertfordshire outfit got plenty of joy against the Everton backline.

Two of the visiting side's goals were headers from wide balls and supporters were unimpressed with the performance of Williams and company.

The Wales international, who joined from Swansea in the summer, was slammed as a liability for failing to come close to his performances for his country and former club before making the move to Goodison Park.
