Leeds United are ready to sign a goalkeeper and two new full-backs as part of their Premier League rebuild, sources have told Football Insider.

The Whites are aware defensive reinforcements are needed if they are to survive in the top flight next season and are laying the groundwork for the first part of a huge overhaul.

Football Insider revealed on Monday (5 May) that Leeds have set their sights on 10 new signings when the window opens next month.

A new goalkeeper signing will come as no surprise at Elland Road with Illan Meslier dropped by Daniel Farke in the latter stages of the 2024-25 campaign.

Leeds want new goalkeeper and two full-backs

Karl Darlow stepped in for the Frenchman but it is believed an upgrade will be sought by Leeds this summer.

Meanwhile, Junior Firpo was the first-choice left-back for Daniel Farke's side - but is out of contract at Elland Road this summer.

Even if the ex-Barcelona ace pens a renewal, it is believed a new option will be drafted in - while reinforcements are also wanted on the opposite flank.

Jayden Bogle was a star performer at right-back as Leeds won the Championship title, scoring six goals and notching four assists in 44 league games.

Leeds have serious Joel Piroe questions

He scored the second-tier’s most goals in the 2024-25 campaign with 19.

However, it is believed Leeds have question marks over Piroe’s ability to make the step up and will not count on him as their first-choice striker next season.
