West Ham United winger Grady Diangana is a loan target for Middlesbrough, Football Insider understands.

The Championship big hitters are in the market for new wingers this summer and they have identified the 21-year-old Hammer as a prime target.

A West Ham source has told Football Insider that a number of Championship clubs have made enquiries about Diangana's possible availability, with Jonathan Woodgate among them as he looks to win the race for the attacker.

Diangana is currently away in China with West Ham at the Asia Trophy and Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini has yet to make a decision on whether or not to loan out the player for next season.

The super-quick wide player is highly rated at West Ham after bursting onto the first-team scene last season.

He made his first-team debut in an EFL Cup win against Macclesfield Town, scoring twice in the 8-0 win and he went on to make 21 appearances for the Hammers, 17 of which came in Premier League matches.

England Under-20 international Diangana was rewarded with a new long-term contract in January as reward for his progress.
