Swindon Town are pushing to sign Crystal Palace midfielder Jadan Raymond ahead of several EFL rivals in this month's transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.

Raymond, 21, is back to full fitness and Palace are ready to loan him so that he can get valuable first-team action in the second half of the season.

Swindon are keen to land Raymond as they look to add to their attacking options with manger Ian Holloway understood to be a big admirer of the player.

Jadan Raymond can help Swindon remain in the Football League

Swindon currently find themselves 18th in League Two and sit only eight points above the relegation zone.

Holloway, who was appointed in October 2024, is looking for attacking options, and the talented Raymond is seen as a good short-term option.

Harry Smith is Swindon's top scorer this season with 10 goals, however, he remains their only real goal-scoring threat as the Robin's next highest scorers are Kabongo Tshimanga and Will Wright, both with three goals.

The Wales U19 international returned from an injury lay-off last year, but has yet to feature for the first-team.

Youngster Raymond has fallen further down the pecking order at Palace after the arrival of Romain Esse from Millwall.

The young prospect may not be the only player leaving Selhurst Park this window, as Marc Guehi has been linked with a move to his former club Chelsea.
