Exclusive: Villa-mad pundit terrified by two Wolves players ahead of tomorrow
Alan Hutton has named Daniel Podence and Adama Traore as the two Wolves players he fears most ahead of Saturday's derby clash with Aston Villa.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, the former Villa favourite has admitted Nuno Espirito Santo has several "fantastic" players at his disposal and that it is the speed merchants who he worries most about.
Both Podence, 25, and Traore, 24, have been mainstays for Wolves this season and have each started the club's last three Premier League games.
With derby day around the corner for the Midlands outfits, adopted Villa fan Hutton has admitted he is worried about the pace Matt Targett and Matty Cash will have to face at Molineux.
Asked where he thought the key battles would be for Villa, Hutton told Football Insider: "From a Villa point of view, the obvious one, the likes of Adama Traore, his pace in behind, the trickery, Podence - there's a lot of fantastic players on show now.
"You go back years and Wolves were nowhere near as strong as this.
"I think all over there will be key battles, the likes of Matty Cash will have to play a good game, Matt Targett, if he's up against Traore will be very difficult.
"Thinking about it, it's going to be a good game and there's a lot of battles all over the pitch that's got to be won."
Meanwhile, Traore, who has started six times in 11 appearances, is yet to contribute directly to a goal this term.
